压铸设计指南

何时评估压铸

Die casting can be reviewed for production components where tooling-based manufacturing, repeatability and integrated geometry are relevant. The route should be assessed against quantity and part requirements.

铝合金还是镁合金

Aluminum and magnesium directions should be compared using weight, geometry, environment, surface protection and secondary machining requirements. Final alloy selection is project-specific.

壁厚、拔模、加强筋与圆角

Wall transitions, draft, ribs, bosses and radii influence filling, release and structural behavior. Final values must be reviewed with the component, alloy and selected tooling resource.

分型线、浇口与外观区域

Parting lines, gates, overflows and ejector locations can affect appearance and functional surfaces. Define cosmetic zones and visible surfaces early.

加工余量与气孔风险

Machined interfaces, threads and sealing features require coordinated datum and allowance planning. Porosity and leakage risk should be reviewed according to function and casting geometry.

表面处理、模具与试模评审

Surface finishing, protective needs and trial-part review should be agreed before release. Tooling changes and inspection expectations require clear project communication.
